Configuration-specific monoclonal antibody that recognizes RheB-GTP, but not RheB-GDP. The only available RheB activation assay kit directly measures the level of RheB-GTP. Providing shorter experimental time. Could be used to monitor the activation of RheB in cells and in tissues by immunohistochemistry. Protein function: Stimulates the phosphorylation of S6K1 and EIF4EBP1 through activation of mTORC1 signaling. Activates the protein kinase activity of mTORC1. Has low intrinsic GTPase activity.
