NOPE/IGDCC4 BioAssay(TM) ELISA Kit (Mouse)

IGDCC4, also known as NOPE, plays essential roles in biologic functions of the cell surface, including cell adhesion, cell migration, and signal transduction. NOPE is identified as an oncofetal marker of murine and human hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Its expression is elevated in mouse and human hepatoma cell lines and in mouse hepatomas, but it is not expressed in normal liver or preneoplastic mouse HCC. Furthermore, NOPE is expressed in both AFP -positive and -negative tumors and is specifically expressed in epithelial tumor cells. Sample Type: Cell lysates, cell culture supernates, serum, plasma (Heparin or EDTA). Intended Use: Sandwich High Sensitivity BioAssay(TM) ELISA kit for Quantitative Detection of Mouse NOPE/IGDCC4. Sensitivity: <10pg/ml, Range: 125pg/ml-8000pg/ml, Specificity: Recognizes natural and recombinant Mouse NOPE/IGDCC4. There is no detectable cross-reactivity with other relevant proteins. Test Principle: This Mouse NOPE/IGDCC4 BioAssay(TM) ELISA Kit was based on standard sandwich enzyme-linked immune- sorbent assay technology. A specific for NOPE/IGDCC4 has been precoated onto 96-well plates. Standards(Expression system for standard: NSO, Immunogen sequence: E25-H954) and test samples are added to the wells, a biotinylated detection specific for NOPE/IGDCC4 is added subsequently and then followed by washing with PBS or TBS buffer. Avidin-Biotin-Peroxidase Complex was added and unbound conjugates were washed away with PBS or TBS buffer. HRP substrate TMB was used to visualize HRP enzymatic reaction. TMB was catalyzed by HRP to produce a blue color product that changed into yellow after adding acidic stop solution. The density of yellow is proportional to the Mouse NOPE/IGDCC4 amount of sample captured in plate.
