Mouse TF (Tissue factor) ELISA Kit

The kit is a Sandwich enzyme immunoassay for in vitro quantitative measurement of TF in serum, plasma and other biological fluids. Detection Range: 6.25--400pg/mL. Sensitivity: 3.75pg/mL. Protein function: Initiates blood coagulation by forming a complex with circulating factor VII or VIIa. The [TF:VIIa] complex activates factors IX or X by specific limited protolysis.
