This ELISA kit is a qualitative, direct antigen-based assay designed to detect the presence of porcine antibodies in serum and to determine antibody titer using antigen-coated plates.. It is not suitable for the quantitation of porcine IgG. The HRP-conjugated anti-porcine IgG provided in this kit is made against highly pure, whole antigen molecule specific to both H and L chains and will detect all IgG's (IgG + IgA + IgM). The reagents contained in this kit are sufficient for 1000 to 2000 samples or 10-20 plates.
