The HBsAb ELISA Kit allows for the in vitro qualitative determination of HBsAb human serum and plasma. Precision: Intra-Assay CV: <10%, Inter-Assay CV: <10%, Assay Principle: This kit is based on sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay technology. HBsAg is pre-coated onto the 96-well plates. The test samples and HBsAg (HRP) are added to the wells and if there is any HBsAb in the samples, it will form a HBsAg-HBsAb-HRP-HBsAg complex. TMB Substrate is used to visualize the HRP enzymatic reaction which produces a blue colored product that changes to yellow after the addition of acidic stop solution. The optical density of the developed color is read with a suitable photometer at 450nm with a selected reference wavelength at 650nm.
