CCL4 (human) Do-It-Yourself ELISA

The Human CCL4 Do-It-Yourself ELISA contains capture antibody, standard, and detection antibody for development of a Human CCL4 ELISA. The antibodies have been determined to function in an ELISA with the standard provided. Optimal buffers, concentrations, incubation times, incubation temperatures, and methods for the ELISA have not been determined. A working knowledge of ELISA is strongly recommended. The processed form MIP-1-beta(3-69) retains the abilities to induce down-modulation of surface expression of the chemokine receptor CCR5 and to inhibit the CCR5-mediated entry of HIV-1 in T-cells.
