Bovine OSM ELISpot contains Capture Antibody, Standard Control, and Detection Antibody for development of up to two (2) ELISpot assays. Other required materials and reagents are not supplied. The antibodies have been determined to function in an ELISpot with the Standard Control provided. Components may also be purchased separately. For research use only. Made in the USA. Protein function: Growth regulator. Inhibits the proliferation of a number of tumor cell lines. It regulates cytokine production, including IL-6, G- CSF and GM-CSF from endothelial cells. Uses both type I OSM receptor (heterodimers composed of LIFR and IL6ST) and type II OSM receptor (heterodimers composed of OSMR and IL6ST).
