PARP6 assay kit

The PARP6 Chemiluminescent Activity Assay kit is designed to measure PARP6 activity using purified PARP6 or PARP6 extracts. PARP6 is known to catalyze the NAD-dependent addition of poly, ADP-ribose, to histones. The PARP6 assay kit comes in a convenient plate format, with purified PARP6 enzyme, histone mixture, activated DNA, and PARP assay buffer for 32 enzyme reactions. The key to PARP6 Chemiluminescent Activity Assay is the biotinylated substrate. With this kit, only three simple steps are required for PARP6 reactions. First, histone proteins are coated on a microplate. Next, the PARP biotinylated substrate is incubated with the assay buffer that contains the PARP6 enzyme. Finally, the plates are treated with streptavidin-HRP followed by addition of the HRP substrate to produce a chemiluminescence that can then be measured using a chemiluminescence reader.
