Applications: , Suitable for ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested, Recommended Dilutions: ELISA: 1:20,000 to 1:80,000. Assayed against 1ug of mouse IgM in a standard capture ELISA using ABTS (A0030) as a substrate for 30 minutes at RT., Western Blot: 1:2000- 1:10,000, Immunohistochemistry: 1:1000- 1:5000, Optimal dilution determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
