Product Description: Ras GTPase-activating-like protein IQGAP2 (IQGAP2) is a multifunctional scaffold protein encoded by the IQGAP2 gene, which is primarily expressed in the liver and other tissues. It plays a critical role in regulating cellular processes such as cytoskeletal dynamics, cell adhesion, and signal transduction through interactions with various proteins, including GTPases like CDC42 and RAC1. IQGAP2 contains multiple functional domains, including IQ motifs, a calponin homology domain, and a Ras-GAP domain, which facilitate its involvement in cell morphology and motility.
