TBST buffer is used in Western Blot to wash away non-specific binding on the membrane, this buffer contains 0.1% Tween20. Tween20 is a non-ionic detergent that increases the buffer's ability to elute and reduce non-specific binding of antibodies. This product is supplied with 10 × concentrate and easy for transportation. Dilute with pure water to 1 working solution before use.
