Product information "Thymic Stromal Lymphopoietin/TSLP (C-6His) (recombinant cynomolgus)"
Activity: Immobilized Mouse TSLPR-Fc(Cat#PKSM041158) at 10µg/ml (100 µl/well) can bind Biotinylated Cynomolgus TSLP-His(Cat#PKSQ050102). The ED50 of Cynomolgus TSLP-His(Cat#PKSQ050102)is 3.2ug/ml . Protein Construction: Recombinant Cynomolgus Thymic Stromal Lymphopoietin is produced by our E.coli expression system and the target gene encoding Tyr29-Gln159(Glu37Gln) is expressed with a 6His tag at the C-terminus. Sequence: Tyr29-Gln159(Glu37Gln). Fusion tag: C-6His Endotoxin: < 1.0 EU per µg as determined by the LAL method. Apparent Molecular Mass: 16 kDa. Protein function: Thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP) is a protein belonging to the cytokine family, contains 140 amino acids. It is known to play an important role in the maturation of T cell populations through activation of antigen presenting cells. TSLP induces the release of T-cell-attracting chemokines from monocytes and, in particular, enhances the maturation of CD11c+ dendritic cells. It can induce allergic inflammation by directly activating mast cells. TSLP is produced mainly by non-hematopoietic cells such as fibroblasts, epithelial cells and different types of stromal or stromal-like cells. These cells are located in regions where TSLP activity is required. Protein function: Receptor for interleukin-7. Also acts as a receptor for thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP).
