Human LIGHT, also known as TNFSF14, HVEM-L, and LT-y, GenBank Accession No. NM_003807, a.a. 72-240(end) with an N-terminal His-tag and C-terminal Avi-tag, expressed in a HEK293 cell expression system and enzymatically biotin-labeled using Avi-tag(TM) technology. Biotinylation is confirmed to be >90%. MW=23 kDa. This protein runs at a higher molecular weight due to glycosylation.
