Annexin V-AF647 Azide-Free Lyophilized Powder

Elabscience(R) Annexin V-AF647 Azide-Free Lyophilized Powder is developed for long-term storage and userdefined concentrations of AF647-conjugated Annexin V. It contains no preservatives like azides or Proclin. Annexin V is a member of the annexin family, which binds to phosphatidylserine (PS) in a calcium-dependent manner. The AF647-conjugated format of this protein, Annexin V-AF647, binds specifically to the PS displayed on the outer leaflet of apoptotic cell membrane. The signal of Annexin V-AF647 can be collected with flow cytometry or fluorescence microscopy to detect cell apoptosis.
