Product information "Anti-IgG, F2 Fragment"
Human IgG consists of four subclasses (1-4) that can be recognized by antigen differences in their heavy chains. Each subclass has different biological and physiochemical properties. The IgG subclass may be preferentiallly produced in response to different antigens. The Fab fragment (fragment antigen binding) is the antigen binding region of the IgG molecule. It is composed of one constant and one variable domain of each of the heavy and the light chains. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: 1:1000, ELISA: 1:2000, Flow Cytometry: 1:10-1:1000, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at 4°C. Do not freeze. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
