Anti-ZFYVE1, NT (ZFYVE1, DFCP1, KIAA1589, TAFF1, ZNFN2A1, Zinc finger FYVE domain-containing protein

The FYVE domain mediates the recruitment of proteins involved in membrane trafficking and cell signaling to phosphatidylinositol 3-phosphate (PtdIns(3)P)-containing membranes. This gene encodes a protein which contains two zinc-binding FYVE domains in tandem. This protein displays a predominantly Golgi, endoplasmic reticulum and vesicular distribution. Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been found for this gene, and they encode two isoforms with different sizes. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA, Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:1,000, Western Blot: 1:100-500, Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
