CD87, is a glycosyl phosphatidylinositol-linked receptor which serves to localize and enhance the proteolytic activity of the urokinase-type plasminogen activator (uPA). The, uPA/uPAR interaction also initiates signal transduction responses resulting in activation of protein tyrosine kinases, gene expression, cell adhesion and chemotaxis. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Flow Cytometry., Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Blockade of Receptor-Ligand Interaction: ~0.5-1.5ug/ml. Blocks 50% of the binding of 30ng/ml of rhuPAR to immobilized human uPA (100ul of a 0.5ug/ml solution was coated in each well) in a functional ELISA assay., ELISA (capture): 100ul/well of the capture antibody at 4ug/ml, Western Blot: 1-2ug/ml. The detection limit is 5ng/lane under non-reducing conditions. , Flow Cytometry: 25ug/ml Add 10ul of the diluted solution to 1-2.5x10e5 cells in a total reaction volume not exceeding 200uL.
