Anti-SGK3, NT (SGK3, CISK, SGKL, Serine/threonine-protein kinase Sgk3, Cytokine-independent survival

SGK3, a Ser/Thr protein kinase, is similar to serum- and glucocorticoid-induced protein kinase (SGK), but this gene product is not induced by serum or glucocorticoids. Expression is induced in response to signals that activate phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase, which is also true for SGK. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, ELISA, Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:1,000, Western Blot: 1:100-500, Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-100, Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
