Anti-Sestrin-3, ID (Y335) (SESN3, SEST3, Sestrin-3) (Azide free) (APC)

Sestrins form a small family of redox enzymes which regulate accumulation of Reactive Oxygen Species. They protect cells and their DNA against oxidative damage and regulate cell growth and viability. These genes are often deregulated in cancers and their inactivation accelerates the growth of model tumors in mice. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, FLISA, Recommended Dilution: FLISA: 1:1,000, Western Blot: 1:100-500, Immunohistochemistry: 1:10-50, Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
