SUSP1 (SENP6) is a protease that deconjugates SUMO1, SUMO2 and SUMO3 from targeted proteins. This protein does not seem to be involved in the processing of full-length SUMO proteins to their mature conjugatable forms. SUSP1 deconjugates SUMO1 from RXRA, leading to transcriptional activation. It may act preferentially on substrates containing 3 or more SUMO2 or SUMO3 moieties. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, ICC, ELISA, Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:1,000, Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-100, Immunofluorescence, Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months.
