ROR1 is a receptor protein tyrosine kinase whose cellular role has not been determined. It is a type I membrane protein and belongs to the ROR subfamily of cell surface receptors. Studies of a similar protein in mouse suggest that this protein may interact with another receptor protein tyrosine kinase and may be involved in skeletal and cardiac development. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Flow Cytometry, ELISA, Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:1,000, Western Blot 1:100-500, Flow Cytometry: 1:10-50, Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
