Anti-RGS6 (Regulator of G Protein Signaling 6, G Protein Signaling 6 Regulator, S914)

RGS6, regulator of G protein signaling 6, belongs to a subfamily of RGS proteins, which serve as GAPs (GTPase-activating proteins), increasing the rate at which GTP is converted to GDP by isoform alpha G proteins. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1:200-1:1000, ~54kD band is observed, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Positive Control: Human or mouse brain, Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
