Anti-RAB7B (Ras-related Protein Rab-7b)

Members of the RAB family of RAS related GTP binding proteins are important regulators of vesicular transport and are located in specific intracellular compartments. RAB7 has been localized to late endosomes and shown to be important in the late endocytic pathway. RAB7B is involved in protein transport, probably involved in vesicular traffic. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, 11c7entrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
