Anti-Rab5, CT (Ras-related Protein Rab-5A, RAB5A) (Azide free) (APC)

Rab5 is required for the fusion of plasma membranes and early endosomes. Applications: Suitable for use in FLISA, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: FLISA: 1:1000, Western Blot: 1:100-1:500, Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-1:100, Immunofluorescence: 1:10-1:50, Flow Cytometry: 1:10- 1:50, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: APC conjugates are sensitive to light.
