Anti-PTPN22 (Tyrosine-protein Phosphatase Non-receptor Type 22, Hematopoietic Cell Protein-tyrosine

PTPN22 is a tyrosine phosphatase which is expressed primarily in lymphoid tissues. It associates with the molecular adapter protein CBL. It may be involved in regulating CBL function in the T-cell receptor signaling pathway. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 3.75-7.5ug/ml , Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
