Protein Kinase PKX1 belongs to the AGC Ser/Thr protein kinase family, cAMP subfamily. It contains one AGC-kinase C-terminal domain and one protein kinase domain. It is expressed at high levels in adult and fetal brain, kidney and lung and at low levels in adult placenta, heart, liver, skeletal muscle, pancreas and fetal liver. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA, Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:1,000, Western Blot: 1:100-500, Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
