PLK5 (Serine/threonine-protein kinase PLK5) belongs to the protein kinase superfamily and Ser/Thr protein kinase family and CDC5/Polo subfamily. PLK5P contains 1 POLO box domain and 1 Serine/Threonine protein kinase catalytic domain. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA, Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:1,000, Western Blot: 1:100-500, Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
