Anti-PDCD7 (Programmed Cell Death 7, Programmed Cell Death Protein 7, Apoptosis-related Protein ES18

PDCD7 (programmed cell death protein 7) was identified by screening EST database. The expression pattern implies that the role of PDCD7/ES18 seems to be associated with the immune system, and it may be selectively involved in specific apoptotic pathway and able to effect cell death. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1-2ug/ml, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Positive Control: NIH-3T3, Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
