Anti-Nucleolar Protein, 30kD (NO30, Nop30)

Nop30 (nucleolar protein of 30 kD) is predominantly expressed in muscle and is present in the nucleoplasm and concentrated in nucleoli. The predominant nucleolar localization of Nop30 points to a potential role in RNA processing in muscle nucleoli. A CARD domain containing protein, designated ARC for apoptosis repressor with CARD is related to Nop30 with a different carboxyl terminus. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1:1000, Immunocytochemistry: 1:500, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. , ,
