Keratin 19 is the smallest human Keratin and is found in many simple and variably in some non-keratinizing stratified squamous epithelia. Keratin 19 positivity in breast cancer distinguishes malignant from benign tumor. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 3ug/ml, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
