Anti-Interleukin 2 (Interleukin-2, IL-2, IL2, Aldesleukin, Lymphokine, T-cell Growth Factor, TCGF) (

The cytokine human interleukin-2 (IL-2) is a 15kD protein expressed upon activation by peripheral TH1 cells, medullary thymocytes, and a subset of large granular lymphocytes. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: Intracellular, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
