Anti-FYTD1, NT (FYTTD1, UIF, UAP56-interacting factor, Forty-two-three domain-containing protein 1)

FYTD1 required for mRNA export from the nucleus to the cytoplasm. This protein acts as an adapter that uses the BAT1/UAP56-NFX1 pathway to ensure efficient mRNA export and delivering to the nuclear pore. FYTD1 associates with spliced and unspliced mRNAs simultaneously with THOC4. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, ELISA, Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:1,000, Western Blot: 1:100-500, Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-100, Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
