Anti-FCGR1B, CT (FCGR1B, IGFRB, High affinity immunoglobulin gamma Fc receptor IB, Fc-gamma RIB)

FCGR1B may bind to the Fc region of immunoglobulins gamma with a low affinity compared to FCGR1A. This protein may function in the humoral immune response. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot and ELISA. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: 1:500, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
