Anti-Epithelial Specific Antigen (ESA, Epithelial Cellular Adhesion Molecule, EGP40, Ep-CAM, MK-1)

Cross reacts with breast carcinomas, kidney tubules, tonsil crypt epithelium and cells in some serious effusions. Useful in characterisation of all epithelial cells, Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, Immunofluorescence/Immunocytochemistry and Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA: 1:100-1:2000, Flow Cytometry: 1ug/10e6 cells , Immunofluorescence (IC): 1:10-1:500, Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin/Frozen): 1:10-1:500, Western Blot: 2ug/ml, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
