Product information "Anti-EphB2 (Ephrin Type-B Receptor 2, Neural Kinase, Nuk Receptor Tyrosine Kinase, Tyrosine-protein"
EphB2, also known as Cek5, Nuk, Erk, Qek5, Tyro5, Sek3, Hek5, and Drt, is a 125kD member of the transmembrane Eph receptor tyrosine kinase family. The 90kD extracellular domain can be shed from neurons by calcium ionophores or NMDA receptor agonists. The interaction between EphB2 and Ephrin-A5 promotes axonal growth cone collapse, while its interactions with Ephrin-B ligands are required for inner ear, renal, urorectal, and vascular development. Within the ECD, mouse EphB2 shares 99% aa sequence identity with human and rat EphB2. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry (Intracellular): 10ul/10e6 COLO 205 human colorectal adenocarcinoma cells., Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Stable for 12 months at 4°C after receipt. Freezing R-Phycoerythrin (PE) conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity. PE conjugates are sensitive to light.
