CDC42EP3 is probably involved in the organization of the actin cytoskeleton. May act downstream of CDC42 to induce actin filament assembly leading to cell shape changes. It induces pseudopodia formation in fibroblasts. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, Flow Cytometry, ELISA, Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:1,000, Western Blot: 1:100-500, Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-100, Flow Cytometry: 1:10-50, Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks.
