Anti-CD54 (ICAM-1) (Low Endotoxin)

CD54 is expressed by many cells following activation by inflammatory mediators. It is a 505 amino acid with an additional 27 amino acid signal peptide ~90kD single pass type I transmembrane glycoprotein bearing 5 Ig-like C2-type domains domains. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow cytometry, Immunoprecipitation, Immunohistochemistry and Functional Studies. Other applications have not been tested. , , Recommended Dilution:, Flow Cytometry: Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 10e6 cells in 100ul., Functional Studies: Reported to block CD54 function. , Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Endotoxin Level: <0.1EU/ug , Hybridoma: , Spleen cells from immunized BALB/c mice were fused with cells of the mouse Sp2/O-Ag14 myeloma cell line. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
