Anti-CD44 (CD 44 Antigen, CDw44, CSPG8, Epican, Extracellular Matrix Receptor III, ECMRIII, ECMR-III

CD44, (Phagocyte glycoprotein 1) is a 80-95kD transmembrane glycoprotein (hyaladherin family) present on the most of cells and tissues (leukocytes, endothelial cells, mesenchymal cells, etc). It is not found on platelets or hepatocytes. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, Flow Cytometry, Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
