Anti-CD39L2 (ENTPD6, Ectonucleoside Triphosphate Diphosphohydrolase 6)

Ectonucleoside triphosphate diphosphohydrolase-6 (CD39L2), also known as rhCD39L2 /ENTPD6, is a secreted nucleoside phosphohydrolase, which catalyzes the hydrolysis of extracellular nucleotides, such as nucleoside 5'-diphosphates and nucleoside 5'-triphosphates. It has a broad tissue distribution, with major expression in the heart. Applications: Suitable for use in Direct ELISA, Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Direct ELISA: 0.5-1.0ug/ml. The detection limit for recombinant human CD39L2 is ~1ng/well., Western Blot: 1-2ug/ml. The detection limit for recombinant human CD39L2 is ~20ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions. Chemiluminescent detection will increase sensitivity 5 to 50 fold., Immunoprecipitation: 25ug/ml to immunoprecipitate recombinant human CD39L2 from conditioned cell culture medium., Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
