Anti-CD30 (CD30L Receptor, D1S166E, Ki1 Antigen, Lymphocyte Activation Antigen CD30, Tumor Necrosis

CD30 detects a formalin-resistant epitope that is expressed by Reed-Sternberg cells in Hodgkin's disease, the majority of anaplastic large cell lymphomas, and in embryonal carcinomas and seminomas. A small percentage of follicular lymphomas also stain with this antibody. This antibody also stains plasma cells in paraffin-embedded tissue. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin, frozen): 1:10-1:50 , Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Positive Control: Anaplastic Large Cell Lymphoma, Hodgkin's Lymphoma, Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
