Product information "Anti-CD3 (Early T Cell Marker), Biotin conjugated, clone 5C19"
CD3 has four peptide chains (gamma, delta, epsilon and zeta) that form CD3. Defects in CD3 are associated with T cell immunodeficiency CD3 complex mediates signal transduction. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Blocking and Activating. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: 10ul labels 10e6 cells, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile 40-50% glycerol, dH2O. Aliquot and store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
