Cyclin B1 is a regulatory protein involved in mitosis. It complexes with p34(cdc2) to form the maturation-promoting factor (MPF). Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1:1,000, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Do not freeze APC conjugates. Light sensitive. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months.
