Anti-Carcinoembryonic Antigen (CEA)

Reactivity may also be found in some breast, lung, or ovarian epithelial tumors. CEA is a tumor associated, complex glycoprotein with a molecular weight of 180kD. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Matched Pair: Capture: C1299-87H, Detection: C1299-87D, C1299-87U, Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
