Product information "Anti-Capsaicin Receptor (Vanilloid Receptor-1, VR1)"
Applications:, Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry (frozen sections) and Immunofluorescence microscopy. Recommended Dilution: Immunofluorescence microscopy: 1:500-1:2500 with overnight incubation at 2-8°C. Dilute immediately before use with PBS containing 1% BSA and 0.1% sodium azide. Positive Control: Frozen sections of rat spinal cord. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol and store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
