DSCR1L2 inhibits calcineurin-dependent transcriptional responses by binding to the catalytic domain of calcineurin A, and may play a role during central nervous system development. Highest expression occurs in heart, skeletal muscle kidney, liver and peripheral blood leukocytes. Applications: Suitable for use in FLISA and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: FLISA: 1:1,000, Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-1:100, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Do not freeze APC conjugates. Light sensitive. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months.
