Product information "Anti-Cadherin E (Cadherin-1, E-Cadherin, L-CAM, Epithelial Cell Adhesion Molecule, Uvomorulin, CDH1)"
Cdh1 protein is a limiting, substratespecific activator of anaphase-promoting complex (APC)-dependent proteolysis and it is required for the degradation of the APC substrates, such as Clb2 and Ase1. Cdh1 plays important role in mitotic regulation. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunoprecipitation and Western Blot. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunoprecipitation (Denatured verified): 2ug/mg protein lysate (Use Protein G)., Western Blot: 1-2ug/ml for 2hrs at RT, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Positive Control: Jurkat or LS174T cells. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
