Anti-CA125 Cancer Antigen, A Domain (Ovarian Cancer), clone 1.B.827

According to the ISOBM-TD-1 workshop, CA125 contains three antigenic domains: A-domain (Oc125), B-domain (M11), C-Domain (Ov197). The CA-125 antigen is present on a mucin-like glycoprotein of >200kD and is detectable on the apical surface of normal endometrium and endocervix. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. HRP conjugation is not recommended. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Recommended Pair: Capture: C0050-13, Detection: C0050-16, Hydridoma: Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
