Anti-ATP12A, ID (Potassium-transporting ATPase alpha Chain 2, Proton Pump, Non-gastric H(+)/K(+) ATP

ATP12A belongs to the family of P-type cation transport ATPases. This protein is a catalytic subunit of the ouabain-sensitive H+/K+ -ATPase that catalyzes the hydrolysis of ATP coupled with the exchange of H(+) and K(+) ions across the plasma membrane. It is also responsible for potassium absorption in various tissues. Applications: Suitable for use in FLISA, Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: FLISA: 1:1000, Flow Cytometry: 1:10:1:50, Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): 1:50-1:100, Western Blot: 1:100-1:500, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Stable for 12 months after receipt at 4°C. Freezing R-Phycoerythrin (PE) conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity. PE conjugates are sensitive to light., , Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
