Product information "Anti-ATP12A, ID (Potassium-transporting ATPase alpha Chain 2, Proton Pump, Non-gastric H(+)/K(+) ATP"
ATP12A belongs to the family of P-type cation transport ATPases. This protein is a catalytic subunit of the ouabain-sensitive H+/K+ -ATPase that catalyzes the hydrolysis of ATP coupled with the exchange of H(+) and K(+) ions across the plasma membrane. It is also responsible for potassium absorption in various tissues. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA: 1:1000, Flow Cytometry: 1:10:1:50, Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): 1:50-1:100, Western Blot: 1:100-1:500, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. , , Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
