Other family members include CXADR, ESAM, BT-IgSF, CD2 and JAM A-C. The extracellular domain (ECD) of human A33 is 214 amino acids (aa) in length and contains one V-type and one C2-type Ig-like domain. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Direct ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: 2.5ug/10e6 cells Tested using TH-29 human colon carcinoma cell line, Western Blot: 0.1ug/ml using recombinat human A33, Immunohistochemistry: 5-15ug/ml using immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human colon, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
